Weird Things Dogs Play With

It seems like sometimes no matter how many toys you have for your dog, they always seem to find something else they like to chew on.  Some dogs chew on newspaper, remote controls, an unlocked phone, or even pens.

If your dog is chewing on something you don’t want her to be, there are a few things you can do:

1.  Try swapping it out for one of her own toys.  It’s possible that you can get her to drop the item and start playing with one of her own.

2.  Get her to bring it over to you.  This is especially important if it is something small that she could choke on.  Plus you don’t want her to get the idea that everything around the house is hers to chew on.
