How’s the Diet Going?

Some of you may be curious as to how my working out and dieting is going (although it hasn’t been that long), I feel much better, and I am starting to notice my clothes are fitting much better than they used to :)   I recently purchased my “goal jeans” – ones that I will eventually be fitting into.

Does anyone regularly take any type of diet pill?  Personally, even though there are the best diet pills available, I personally choose not to take them.  For some reason I feel like that is cheating and that it has to be much easier to put the weight back on once you stop taking the pills.

My boyfriend and I are walking Maggie pretty much every day for about a mile, and we recently took her to the park where we walked a little over 3 miles.  She has much better manners now than she did when we first got her – the only time she gets excited is when she sees a rabbit or bird then she is completely distracted!  But other than that, she is a remarkable dog – her favorite toy is her tennis ball; she loves to bat it around and chase it in the living room.

    I am also not into taking diet pills as I want to shape up in a natural way.
