Even in a recession people are still spending money on their pets.  Pet owners try to give their pets the very best of everything.  I know when I go out shopping, I usually pick up at least one thing for Maggie - she LOVES getting new toys!  Some people want their pets to look their very best, and one accessory getting a lot of attention now is jewelry.  Your pet can be outfitted with anything from jeweled collars to heart pendant jewelry.  While this may seem outrageous to some of us, to others it is perfectly normal.
