Pets With Cancer
Cancer is a scary word no matter if you are human or animal. It’s important you get all the facts about what you are facing. Maggie was recently at the vet and they noticed a weird lump on the back of her tail. Tests were ran on it, and the vet really couldn’t figure out what it was, but cancer was ruled out. It’s always better to have testing done on something you are unsure of. The vet decided Maggie’s lump could have been an old injury, that just filled up with blood, and is now a firm raised bump on her tail. It’s hard to say what caused it, but I am glad tests were done. Now I know I need to keep an eye on it to see if it gets larger, or if it looks like it is bothering her in any way.
Even malignant Mesothelioma treatment can be beneficial – the more knowledge you have about something, the better prepared you are to fight it!
