Remodeling Your House?
If your pet is anything like Maggie, then she’ll love to get into everything while you are remodeling. Think about what a mess it would be if your cat got into your paint and tracked that all over your house! Maggie loves to get into everything, and I am 100% certain that if we decided to remodel, she’d have a ball playing with all the tools we had out.
With winter coming, the temperature is going to start getting colder (it has already gotten incredibly cold at night here in Missouri), so you need to think about what you can do to keep your pet warm and cozy inside this winter season. Maggie sleeps in a regular pet bed that is lined with a fleece blanket – she really likes to get underneath the blanket, it’s where she is the warmest!
Other than making sure your pet has the proper accommodations for sleeping, you should have the seals on your windows and doors checked. These are common areas for cold air to sneak in, leaving you with a higher heating bill and a chilly house. Perhaps it’s time to replace your doors with Naples Fl custom doors, or maybe you just need a more energy efficient solution.
Whatever you do, please make sure your pets are nice and warm this winter! Dogs that are normally left outside should be brought inside so they stay nice and toasty! If you do decide to keep your pets outside, please do not forget to check on them a few times per day, and don’t hesitate to bring them inside when the weather gets nasty!
