An Addition To My Last Post

I just wanted to add that pretty much all auto makers have auto accessories that are pet friendly and are designed specifically to keep your pet safe in the car.  Having a dog walking around inside your car is not only a distraction to you, but it is a distraction to other drivers.  If your dog is on your lap while you are driving, this can create an unsafe atmosphere.  Think about what would happen if you have to stop suddenly, or if you had to make a sharp turn…it wouldn’t be good for your dog.

People are required by law to wear seat belts for protection - it should be commonplace for your pet to have to wear one too!
