Maggie’s Trip to Petsmart

It may be hard for some of you to imagine taking a Beagle to Petsmart, but this past weekend, Maggie was fortunate enough to go on a trip there.  She really enjoys walking around and all the sights and smells keep her incredibly occupied.  I’ve found that Maggie enjoys playing with all the toys, so it’s really hard to decide which one will get to come home with us.

She is still pretty shy around other dogs, and it took her about 10 minutes to warm up to the store and be comfortable with her surroundings.  When we finally were ready to go, we went up to the front to purchase her new toy.  When our transaction was finished, the receipt printer made an incredibly loud noise that made Maggie jump in the air and cringe behind my legs. It was a funny sight, and it took her another 10 minutes just to calm down from that!
