Addition to Animal Careers Post

I just wanted to make a quick addition to my previous post regarding animal careers.  While it is important to have veterinarians, it is equally important to have the assistants to go along with that profession.  If you are wanting to get involved with animals, but don’t want to spend 8 years (and who knows how much money) going to veterinary school, consider attending a medical assistant training school, there you can gain the tools necessary to become a veterinary assistant.

Similar to dental assistants, a veterinary assistant’s job is to prepare the patient for the visit - if you are someone who loves animals, this may be the perfect job for you!
