Fighting the Bulge in the Winter

During the spring and summer, I was walking Maggie twice each day for long amounts of time, but now that the weather has turned cold – it is harder to walk the same amount of distance.  Even Maggie is too cold to be outside for very long!  I still am committed to walking Maggie twice each day, and I am going to commit to working out for a period of time each day.

It’s hard to make a commitment like this in the winter, but it is also the best time to make one.  Since the weather is cold outside, I can spend my time indoors and I can take out my frustrations while completing a workout.  Some people turn to natural appetite suppressant, but I strongly prefer to go the better route and stick to a firm diet and exercise routine.
